Study On The Development Of The Agriculture Industrial Clusters

The Agriculture Industrial Clusters, which is a new pattern for the rich-farming-resource region to realize fast development, is the trend of mega-agricultural development. This new Industrialized management form of agriculture will have advantages in the global competition under the situation of Chinese agriculture coming into the international market.The thesis firstly scientifically explains the connotation and characteristic of the Agriculture Industrial Ousters, analyzes its forming mechanism. And then the supporting system that affects the development of the agriculture industrial clusters, is studied from aspects of ecological condition, social and economic factors.Secondly, the thesis draws support from the Structure- Competence-Performance"(SCP) frame model of the Industrial Organization Economics and forms a frame SCP Analysis Model of the Agriculture Industrial Clusters, competition advantages in order to give a better explanation and evaluate its superiority in competition. This model is then used to analyze and research the advantages of the structure, competence and performance, which economic indexes are also defined respectively, of the Agriculture Industrial Clusters,.Thirdly, as a general application of previous theory, it makes both qualitative and quantitative analysis taking Xinjiang cotton clusters as a case. The status quo, existing problems and developing factors of present Xinjiang cotton cluster are focused on. And also, its competition advantages are evaluated according to the SCP Frame Analysis Model. Based on this, some suggestions are provided to the development of Xinjiang cotton clusters.
