Under the great background of tourism development, the government is thinking how to establish their own position, define their responsibility and goal and how to accomplish something in tourism marketing popularizing; they are the questions that this text probes into mainly. Government Tourism marketing popularizing will play a positive role .The government should define in market economy that its function is not denying and weakening, but on the premise of disposing based on the market, strengthen and propagate and popularize in the field of macroscopic, form the pattern of leader's paying attention to, department's linking, communal participation at all levels. The governments at all levels participate in the Tourism marketing of this area to popularize actively in recent years, they are playing a remarkable role in improving the great environment of Tourism, promoting the development level of the Tourism, and international reputation of the great improvement every area and city.
