With the developing of IT and economic global and specialization, more and more forms begin to be absorbed in the domain that they are good at and the cooperation with other enterprise. Outsourcing, as a stratagem to use limited resource, to down cost and to upgrade the core competence, is attended by corporations abroad. Outsourcing has some problems in practice for it has both superiorities and shortcoming. A main problem is the objects choosing of Outsourcing, that is what will be outsourced. It is the key in applying Outsourcing strategy.There are many problems in the objects choosing of Outsourcing, such as there isn't the value system of the objects choosing of Outsourcing, ignore the building of core resource in practice, and there isn't a viable system of the objects choosing of Outsourcing in academia. So, it is meaningful to both academia and practice that advancing a viable system of the objects choosing of Outsourcing through the research kinds of companies added the academia in point.The lucubrate of objects choosing has been processed through applying the theories, such as core capability, Comparative Core Competence, value chain, benchmark, AHP and so on. systems of the objects choosing of Outsourcing and support system have been advanced based on core capability and Comparative Core Competence. A network of Outsourcing objects is advanced further. At last, there are the conclusiones and prospect.
