Study On The Business Process Reengineering Of The Agricultural Bank Of China Anhui Branch

In recent years, a lot of domestic and foreign enterprises are implementing business process reengineering (BPR) in order to maximize the appreciation of the process, minimize the cost, and greatly improve their performance. As the end of the protection period of accession to the WTO of our country, the domestic banks ' competition will be aggravated further, the bank implements BPR urgently.Firstly, the article has introduced the research background and the meaning of bank reengineering, analyzed the theory of BPR. Then according to current situation, environment and customer's demand of the Agricultural Bank of China Anhui branch (it will refer to as "Anhui agricultural bank "), this article will point out the necessity that Anhui agricultural bank carries out the BPR. Then, this article use principles and methods of BPR to analyze and research the key business process of Anhui agricultural bank and construct the scheme of BPR. Finally, the article appraises the scheme of the BPR of Anhui agricultural bank and looks into the future of the applying prospect. Then it introduces the basic state of development of Anhui agricultural bank , describes the current situation, analyses the problem in BPR of Anhui agricultural bank especially, points out the necessity of BPR in Anhui agricultural bank. By analyzing macroscopic environment trade situation, internal environment and customer's demand ,it draws a conclusion that it is urgent in Anhui agricultural bank to implement BPR.By the normative and positive study, this article put forward three goals, five principle and four respect of Anhui agricultural bank's BPR. It points out the bank accounting, marketing, credit, etc. main business process of Anhuiagricultural bank especially and gives concrete project design. Then, it puts forward a new evaluation index, introduces appraisal methods, uses four relevant appraisal models to give a detailed elaboration to the BPR of Anhui agricultural bank, and gives a positive analysis to the model of customers' satisfaction.At last, this article gives a brief analysis from the organizational structure aspect, puts forward the thought to Anhui agricultural bank's establishing new organizational structure and analyzes further from matched system, corporate culture, employee1 quality, etc. and supplies guarantee to the successfully carrying out of Anhui agricultural bank's BPR. At the same time, it points out the problems that Anhui agricultural bank should avoid and prospects the future of Anhui agricultural bank's BPR.This article takes Anhui agricultural bank as background and gives the normative and positive study on the reforming phenomenon of bank BPR, and the goal is to explore the general regular logic, then tries to set up an analysis system for the bank BPR, thus makes clear for the basic design thought of bank BPR, sketch the contours of future bank operating, and the aim is to supply some assistance to improve Anhui agricultural bank's operating efficiency and comprehensive competition for Anhui agricultural bank's comprehensive reform.
