A Research Into Core Competence Of The Exhibition Enterprises And Their Multiple Development Concerned

This thesis researches into core competence of the exhibition enterprises and their multiple development concerned with China Foreign Trade Center (Group), the first and largest exhibition in China, which is responsible for sponsoring Canton Fair, as a chief example for analysis and the exhibition enterprises of our country as the background by applying the theories concerning the management of financial affairs, investment and enterprises and combining with my own working practice. Through the analysis of the case of China Foreign Trade Center (Group) driven by Canton Fair it puts forward the viewpoint that the development of the exhibition enterprises of our country should be based on their core competence ability so as to realize the multiplicity of the investing body and investment directions.The whole thesis is divided into the following seven parts. In the part of preliminary remarks such issues as the background of the choice of the topic, its significance and research method are presented.The first chapter introduces the theory concerning core competence and multiple development.The second chapter introduces the status quo of the development of the exhibition enterprises in our country and points out the realistic problems which the exhibition enterprises of our country are facing in their development.The third chapter points out that the business of Canton Fair is the display of the special core competence of China Foreign Trade Center (Group) with China Foreign Trade Center (Group), which has been driven and developed by the business of Canton Fair, as a chief example at the angles of business and financial affair.The fourth chapter asserts that the fact that China Foreign Trade Center (Group) promotes its multiple development with its core competence, i.e. the business of Canton Fair is shown in the multiplicity of its investment directions and profits from investment and is the result of absorbing the experiences of multiple development of exhibition enterprises from abroad and points out that the development of the exhibition enterprises of our country should be based on their core competence so as to realize the multiple development of investment directions.The fifth chapter analyzes the situation in which China Foreign Trade Center (Group) encourages the multiplicity of the investing body with its core competence, i.e. the business of Canton Fair, points out that the multiplicity of the investing body is the basis of the multiplicity of investment directions of enterprises and beneficial to the development of enterprises, which is the result of drawing the foreign experiences in the same respect, and finally concludes that the multiplicity of the investing body should be gradually realized in exhibition enterprises.The sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions for the development of the exhibition enterprises in our country according to core competence of China Foreign Trade Center (Group) and the present status of its multiple development and the experiences concerned from foreign exhibition enterprises.
