The Research For Index System Of Enterprise Competitiveness

The research of enterprise competitiveness is a microcosmic need of its management. The enterprise can find its advantage and disadvantage from the research, then give a management to competitiveness in order to improve its competitiveness. In 1980s, we began to study enterprise competitiveness and established a set of theories and methods. But because of the difference among the enterprises ,we cannot compare its competitiveness directly. We need a set of index system to compute a competitiveness index. The paper will try to solve the propblem under the former research.The whole paper has five parts as follows:Part 1, briefly explain to enterprise competitiveness and important meaning of the index system.Part 2, analysis to the influence of enterprise competitiveness. We can know the effect to competitiveness. This is the prepare to establish a set of index system.Part 3, index system of enterprise competitiveness. We establish the index system and explain the index.Part 4, demonstration analysis of enterprise competitiveness. We give a general evaluation to enterprise competitiveness about ten pottery enterprises.Part 5, briefly explain to the management of enterprise competitiveness.
