Study Of Developement Strategy Of Shangdong Xingye Development Co., Ltd

Based on the theory of development strategy in combination with some specific quantitative methods, this thesis has made a systematic, deep investigation into a strategy planning problem of SDXY (SHANGDONG XINGYE DEVELOPEMENT CO.,LTD).This thesis includes six chapters. Firstly, it briefly introduces SDXY's current situations and existing problems, and puts forward the research thinking system and method. Secondly, it expounds on the basis theories of enterprise strategy management and analyzes the influences of China's entry into WTO on Chinese textile. Thirdly, its discussion mainly lies on two parts: one is the external environment confronted by the company including politics and economy, policy and law, trade development, trade competition etc; the other is the internal conditions of the company including management and operation of enterprise, finical conditions, organization system, human resources. Through systematically, particularly and comprehensively analyzing and researching into their changes and threats that the company is faced with are found out clearly, and by the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, This thesis analyzes the external environments and internal factor of the company. Herein, especially by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), the thesis makes further particular analysis of SDXY's financial conditions. Finally, using SWOT matrix, it works out choice of strategic schemes. After evaluating the spare schemes of development strategy through the Quantitative Planing Matrix (QSPM) method, the thesis has set up the development strategy for SDXY.Based on the practical investigation result, this thesis proposes that SDXY's strategy is to develop its textile operation to great lengths. Meanwhile, it should make efforts in developing low cost and high profit and compete in the mainland market .The research result of this thesis gets high attentions and recognition of SDXY's senior leader and parts of strategy schemes and strategy measures are adopted and applied to the company's operation.
