Study Of Developement Strategy Of Beijing Urban Construction Investment&Development Co.,Ltd

Real estate vocation performs an important role during the development of economics. Based on the theory of development strategy and some quantitative methods, this thesis has made a systematic investigation into a strategy planning of BEIJING URBAN CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT&DEVELOPMENT CO.,LTD.This thesis includes eight chapters. Firstly, it briefly introduces the company's current situations and existing problems, and puts forward the research thinking, system and methods. Secondly, it expounds on the basis theories of enterprise strategy management. Thirdly, its discussion mainly includes two parts: one is the external environment confronted by the company, including politics, economy, society, technology, trade competition etc; the other is the internal conditions of the company, including human resources, management, finical conditions, technological resources. Through systematically, and comprehensively analyzing and researching into them, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses that the company is faced with are found out clearly, and by the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix and Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, this thesis analyzes the external environments and internal factors of the company quantitatively. In the end, using SWOT analysis, it works out choices of strategic schemes. After evaluating the spare schemes of development strategy through the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method, the thesis has set up four development strategies for the company.Based on the practical investigation result, this thesis proposes that the company should develop into relevant trades. At the same time, it should make efforts in developing low cost and high profit.
