At present,the security industry has reached the full coverage of people’s production and life,and the security service has also expanded from a single human security to technical prevention,armed escort and many other contents.Under the great challenge of the development of the industry,how to pay attention to the dynamic changes of the security service market from a long-term perspective,formulate a series of service strategies close to the market demand,actively explore service types and groups,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important topic for security service enterprises.ZBS Security Service Co.,Ltd.is an old security enterprise in this region.The company urgently needs to get rid of the long-term enterprise model under the condition of planned economy.It needs to formulate a clear market development strategy plan,improve service quality,actively participate in market competition,constantly expand the coverage of security market and promote the further healthy development of the enterprise.Based on the systematic theoretical research of market development strategy,this paper takes ZBS Security Service Company as the research object,understands the internal and external environment of the company by searching literature and questionnaire,and analyzes the internal and external environment of ZBS Security Service Company by using PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model,EFE matrix and IFE matrix,This paper obtains the opportunities and threats faced by the external environment,the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment,and evaluates the feasibility of ZBS Security Service Company in combination with the five basic types of market development strategy.Using the quantitative analysis of QSPM matrix for strategic matching and selection,it is concluded that the best market development strategy of the company is to implement the "snowball" strategy.The main contents are: promoting the transformation and development of intelligence and informatization;Steadily carry out capital operation;Strengthen organizational and professional support;We will increase the introduction and training of professionals and innovate incentive models and mechanisms.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the "snowball" strategy,formulate three guarantee measures to strengthen the training of employees’ innovative service awareness,the establishment of service innovation incentive mechanism and the strengthening of technical R & D cooperation,comprehensively improve the comprehensive competitiveness of ZBS Security Service Company and provide strong support for the sustainable and stable development of the company,At the same time,it plays a certain guiding and reference significance for the market development of the same type of security service companies in China.
