| The current is the key of social transformation the overall development stage,impetuous thought of change,the situation can not be optimistic about the overall social security,personal crimes of extreme violence occur from time to time,drug-related crime is difficult to eradicate,the "three forces" is gaining momentum.Despide of the high pressure gun control policy,all kinds of armed criminals is not in the minority,and is increasingly equipmented sophisticatedly.The police is as the backbone to combat crime and safeguard the national long period of stability,therefore the loading,improvement and development of police weapons firearms is related to the enhancement of overall combat effectiveness of the police force,and therefore must be paid special attention to.SWOT matrix model is proposed as a management analysis method,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise's own development conditions and the external environment,so as to determine the future development strategy of the enterprise.This paper creatively use the matrix model,as the logical framework of the whole article,analyzing the status,improvement and development of domestic police pistol.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,including the research background,the domestic and foreign related research status,the research methods and the significance of research;the second part is the introduction of the related concepts and thoeries,including the classification of police weapons,the performance evaluation of deadly police weapons,and the SWOT matrix model analysis;the third part mainly introduces the advantages and disadvantages of police pistol tactical performance;the fourth part is about the adverse performance of police pistol in combat and the improvement suggestions;the fifth part is the analysis of the SWOT matrix of the police pistol;the sixth part is mainly the overall development suggestions of police weapons. |
