Study On Supply Chain Management Of Value Nets Coordinator In Core

The rapid advancements technologies and the widely application in Internet have removed the constraints of geography, time and space, and thereby bring about a new pattern on E-business. Recently, the concept of supply chain management (SCM) is attracting substantive interests in both academic research and practice because that e-business is connecting the entire world into one big network of supply chains, where the customer, manufacturer, supplier and other business entities seamlessly linked together throughout the world. Furthermore, coordination is the core problem in SCM. Consequently, this thesis discusses SCM which focuses on value nets coordinator.This dissertation introduces the origin and concepts of SCM, and expounds the basic ideas of SCM. And also, the study actualities of SCM based on E-business is summarized. And consequently it analyses how the supply-demand relationships among supply chain can be managed in a integrated way, overcome the separate method to manage supply and demand relationship, combine the two sides and fuse them to quickly respond to and satisfy the increasing personalized customers needs.This dissertation expounds the necessities and effects of value nets coordinator in SCM which is in E-business. The emphasis is that it sets up SCM model that focuses on value nets coordinator, which bases on life cycle of SCM; and bats around the model's four courses, that is, preparation, form, operation and realization. In the model's forming period, the dissertation puts forward logistic model, entitative model, systematic structure and design method of the interactive supply chain which is matched dynamically by those two models. Especially, during the course of dynamical matching, the dissertation sets up a systematic designing model which combines the relative evaluating process that bases on analytic hierarchy process, with the mutual decision method of excessive objects.Finally, this dissertation describes the case of Li & Fung's SCM, and expounds the roles of Li & Fung as a value nets coordinator.
