On Knowledge Communication Management

In the advancement of human society , knowledge plays more and moreimportant role . It result from two factors , one is that knowledge is inherited , the other is that knowledge communication ways are more and more advance , people create more new knowledge when they communicate and share in their individual or common knowledge.Social wealth increment is an important token of social advancement. Enterprise is the cell of social economy , is the source of social wealth increment . The knowledge of enterprises and the knowledge occupied by different enterprises constitute most important part of social knowledge . The knowledge of enterprises can makes the enterprise more healthy , powerful .so knowledge communication management is more and more important in our economic society .In this paper . the study starts from the natures of knowledge , then analysizes the special natures of knowledge goods , studies the difference of knowledge exchange and communication . Knowledge exchange is belongs to goods exchange , it is an equivalence transformation . Knowledge communication and cooperation can motivate new knowledge . so many technological enterprises take knowledge communication as strategy . Enterprises communicate knowledge with other enterprise ,and in the enterprise , knowledge communication also plays important role , it can strengthen the organization .
