Research On The Problem Of Co-habitation Of Zhonghe Villages In The Construction Of The Huan Reservoir Park In R City

As an important strategic deployment in the process of urbanization,co-location of villages can not only improve the living environment in rural areas,but also help the economic development of rural areas.Especially since the 2017 rural revitalization strategy was put forward,in order to speed up the process of urbanization and the construction of new rural areas,and ease the contradiction between the supply and demand of urban construction land,a large-scale upsurge of new rural construction centered on co-residential villages has emerged across the country.As a major project related to farmers' livelihoods,co-occupation in villages must fully respect the wishes of farmers and understand the thoughts of all farmers in order to steadily promote rural urbanization.In order to make the research results more accurate,this topic takes R City Water Park as the research object.Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a beautiful countryside and urbanization community,it adopts the literature research method,field investigation method,case study method and multi-disciplinary cross-synthesis method.Firstly,the concepts of new rural construction,village and community are defined.Then,the logical framework of this topic is constructed through the theory of new public service and the theory of multi-center governance.Then,through the study on the co-habitation of Kuhe village in Huanshuiyuan,R city,it is found that there are current situations of incomplete basic security work,difficult land acquisition and high living cost before and after the co-habitation of Kuhe village in this area.On this basis,through the analysis of the new public service theory,it is found that there are several problems in the construction process of R city's ring reservoir park,such as unbalanced supply structure,difference in public demand and low benefit of public service supply.On the basis of the above analysis,the crux of the problems in these aspects is deeply studied,that is,the absence of the expression subject of community public service,the absence of the expression object,the weak demand guarantee,the blocking of the way of expression.Finally,in view of the above existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective expression of community residents,determine the role of grass-roots government,strengthen the transitional security of demolition,and improve the mechanism of demand expression.Furthermore,while putting forward some feasible development suggestions for R City Ring Reservoir Park,it also provides reference and reference for the follow-up study of Amalgamated villages.
