Study On The Core Roles Of Logistics Distribution In Supply Chain

In these years logistics becomes more and more important and get emphasized as the third source of profit. Many big-scaled manufacturing and commercial enterprises builds their own logistics center and some transporting and shipping enterprises turn to operating logistics, so logistics distribution develops quickly in China. How to increase the effect and decrease the cost of logistics is an important project.Based on the analyzing the logistics and relevant theory on logistics distribution, through doing some research on ice theory of logistics, we supply some policies to decrease the cost from financial point. This paper introduces the third party logistics and at the same time puts forwards the fourth party logistics. Then we do some research of the importance of supply chain management and the relationship of logistics distribution with the supply chain and economics in the society. After entering WTO, the demotic economics position will change and be adjusted. So this paper put forwards some suggestions on developing the logistics enterprises from the macro point. At last on the base of Wandashan milk company, this paper supplys a model of vehicle scheduling problem submitted to some limitations and uses the saving enlightening method to solve it.This paper researches on the position of logistics in the modern economics and the trend of industry from macro angle, and also does some researches on how to decrease the cost of logistics distribution in the milk industry, and supplies some policies and suggestions for the logistics distribution enterprises and the enterprises ready to entering this industry.
