Research On The Driving Mechanism Of High-quality Development Of National Defense Science And Technology Industry

The high-quality development of the defense science and technology industry requires a strong driving force.At present,the world’s defense science and technology industry is constantly adjusting,and the high-quality development of China’s economy requires the realization of dynamic changes.However,the development of my country’s defense technology industry is facing challenges such as insufficient traditional power driving force,the rising role of an emerging power,and new changes in the dynamic mechanism.It is necessary to realize the conversion of kinetic energy and improve the dynamic mechanism.This article uses literature research,historical research,qualitative analysis,case studies,and other methods to study the dynamic mechanism of the high-quality development of the defense science and technology industry.First,it systematically sorted out the relevant literature and pointed out the theoretical basis of the research,put forward the relevant connotations of the defense technology industry and its highquality development,and constructed an analysis framework of the development dynamics of the defense technology industry based on supply,demand,and governance.Based on exploring the development dynamic mechanism of national defense science and technology industry before the reform and opening up to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country,combined with the development situation and dynamic challenges of China’s national defense science and technology industry since the 18 th National Congress,it points out the driving force for the development of my country’s national defense science and technology industry.The mechanism has undergone new changes,and a dynamic mechanism for the high-quality development of the defense technology industry in the new era will be constructed.Take a certain defense technology industry in Yueyang,Hunan as an example,study the dynamic mechanism and power dilemma of its development and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the dynamic mechanism of the highquality development of the defense technology industry.The study found that the defense technology industry before the reform and opening up formed a dynamic mechanism of "military demand traction supply constraint government leadership";after the reform and opening up,the defense technology industry has formed a dynamic mechanism of "military and civilian traction,supply feedback,governance coordination".Since entering the new era,the integration of factors on the supply side of the defense science and technology industry has driven development,technological progress leads to innovation and development,demand pressure on the demand side drives development,demand-driven development,governance side policy guides,and interest-driven development,military industry reforms and markets The mechanism promotes development,the three dimensions interact and influence each other,and ultimately promote the high-quality development of the defense technology industry,forming a "three-dimensional integration" fusiondriven dynamic mechanism.To improve the driving mechanism for the high-quality development of the defense technology industry,it is necessary to accelerate structural reforms on the supply side,improve the quality of elements and promote factor integration,increase high-quality demand on the demand side,strengthen market traction,coordinate the market and the government at the governance level,and strengthen governance leadership,to promote the high-quality development of the defense technology industry.
