Research On The Construction Of The Team Of Army's Professional Technician Summary

The key of the competition in the military realm is the talent competition. At present, all the countries of the world, especially the big western countries, are carrying on the new military reform, of which the core is information, and making great efforts to bring up high-quality military talents in order to seize the military domain commanding point. Our army's professional technicians directly take on the science research, teaching and assurance task, and they are the main power for propelling Chinese characteristic military reform. To assure the strategy of strengthening army through science technology and to fulfill the historic mission of winning the war, we must make efforts to construct a team of professional technicians with good configuration who are qualified on politics, who have fine style on working and have very good professional technique.This article starts with three aspects, which are " army's professional technician's summary ", " current situation of army's professional technician building " and " the countermeasure on strengthening the team of professional technicians ". This article analyses and studies through an all- round way to the situation of our army's professional technician building, and points out some countermeasures and suggestions.The full article divides into three parts altogether. The first part has defined the concept of the professional technician of army, and analyses the role of professional technician in army's building. Also, the article have given the brief introduction to the western human resources theory which has the reference function of the professional technician's building of army, for instance the interpersonal relationships theory, dual factors theory, needing level theory, thetheory of adaptability in tactics, Z theory, etc, and the good method on strengthening the training of high-quality military talents in foreign armies.The second part have analysed the problems which exist in the professional technician's building of our army, that small in quantity, low quality, seriously losing, service efficiency is not high and the reason of these problems: low salary and conditions, establishment system which is imperfect, encouragement and incentive mechanism are not perfected.To the problems which exists in the professional technician's building, the third part has given some countermeasures and suggestions as follows: base on the historical mission, advance the professional technician's development strategy project actively; keep a firm hand on characteristics of becoming a useful person, walk out the new way of great-leap-forward development of professional technician's building; deepen Professional technicians' system reform, offer the political guarantee for professional technicians' development; Strengthen army's overall construction, grow up and build the good environment for the professional technician.The research on the construction of the team of army's professional technician in this article is close to the reality, and it not only finds out some problems accurately which exist in the construction of the team but also analyzes the reason thoroughly and in the end it gives some pointed suggestions.
