Research On Creative Manpower Training System Of Professional Education In Military Medical Colleges

The present degree education, to a great extent, can not meet all the requirements in information age when we are encountering the new tide of military revolution worldwide. Because of this, it has been decided in the 15th millitary college coference that the degree education and the professional education should be separated. Degree education should be transformed into professional education in military colleges while both of these educational forms should be attached equal importance to in military medical colleges.Due to the main task of professional education in the past, degree education has been developed into a comprehensive system which owns a strong teaching base. However, the late starting and weak base of professional education have resulted in the faultiness of professional education, let alone the systematic research on the creative manpower of the PE in military medical colleges.Various files including laws, regulations, documents and so on are referred to and the status quo and trend of professional education of Chinese military medical colleges and foreign troops'are studied in order to provide a strong theoretical base and background information in this study.Based on the above-mentioned, questionnaire survey has been conducted among the 182 cadets participating in the professional education in three military medical colleges. The survey is divided into four steps.Step 1: The general information gathering including age, academic title, degree, passion towards working and so on.Step 2: The understanding of and attitude toward professional education and its guideline.Step 3: The training information including whether having received professional education or not, what kind of training and its object.Step 4: The requirements of the people surveyed including teaching methods, staff, supervision and materials.With the main form of conversation, 20 officers from different army services are interviewed. The discussion outline has been formed ahead based on some professional education and management experts'advice, and the discussion range will be extended according to different situations. The views from experts are also gathered in order to look for the existing shortcomings. Then the countermeasures are given and the framework of the training system of creative manpower of professional education as well.Six kinds of aspects are contained in this system. They are school-running idea, guideline, training object, training levels and tasks, training scale and the characters.This paper has been finished according to the six aspects above-mentioned. As one important part of PE in military, this research has just met the requirement of military revolution worldwide. Because of its scientific and operational characters, the study will help the revolution of professional education and the cultivation of more excellent health care personnel and provide the decision-making base of professional education for the decision-makers.
