The Villager's autonomy system is being perused in our whole country while the remaining clan organizations of various nationalities' must cause various negative effects on this system, in particular the formation of the clan force based on clan's schism which may bring serious endangering to countryside social stability and regime construction. This text will take the Tujia community in Qinglong village of Yansfeng township in Yongshun county as an example to probe into the overall social realities, which are in a walking abreast form, between villager's autonomy organization and remaining clan organization. We'll put forth effort to inquire into the negative effect that the remaining clan organization brings into the villager autonomy. We have collected the relevant documents, recording materials and social historical materials given by villagers orally about every clan in Qinglong village. These are found that every clan in Qinglong village has table books or maintain them continuously, has organized the ceremony of offering a sacrifice to an ancestor, maintained or planed to maintain the ancestral hall and recombinanted the clan organization on a large scale, via our comparison analyzing of the materials It's obvious the clan in the Qinglong village has already recombinated, however, this kind of Clan Organization Renaissance is not the original edition rejuvenation in history, which has already demonstrated a series of characteristics that perhaps could only be found in the modern society, ie: the constant, implying can be and out of shape. That is to say it also has a certain ground for it to exist in a period of the coming time. What's more, according to other materials, there're there major characteristics of Qinglong's remaining clan organizations which are degreely shown in other regions or nationalities. On talking in this meaning, the contemporary rejuvenationof clan organization in Qinglong village isn't an isolated point but a reflection of the whole country'sThe intricate relation between the clan organization and the villager's autonomy organization has been probed in this context. According to the materials, we find that the coexisting of the two has caused much friction and contradiction which brings a compounding influence on villager's autonomy system, both positive one and negative one. Among them, the negative one is most worth studying. Here the four major contents of villager's autonomy: democratic elector, democratic decision-making, democratic management, and democratic supervision will be selected as our cut of entry. Thus a key analysis will be made about the negative effect on villager's autonomy of remaining clan's organization, namely hinder villager's democratic election abiding by laws; Interfere the democratic decision-making of the village policy. Obstruct the democracy and scientific of policy management of the village; Influence the management by law of the village and villager's democratic supervision of its policy. In the light of the above views and the materials from investigating, we'll put forward the counter-measure on the negative effect of suppressing remaining organization from four aspects: legal, economic, self-building and culture of community, namely manage in accordance with the law to bring the range of clan organization into the villager autonomy activities; Strengthen the financial supporting dynamics to villager's autonomy to suppress the inflation of clan organization effectively; Carry out the democratic electoral system strictly to resist the interference of clan organization to villager's autonomy; Launch a rich and colorful community cultural activity to compress the living space of the clan activity. Only so, the regular and developing villager's autonomy system could become the reality of our social life in rural areas.
