Research On Relations Between Urbanize Level And Employment Rate Based On The City Of Chengdu

Urbanize is not only a significant symbol in human development. But also is an important stage of social productivity development, now the social economic development of China has already enters the transformation period. Being changed from village society toward city society is one of the main melodies in this process. How to realize the village population moving to city is the target of our country economic development and the important mission of realizing modernize. The rapid development of urbanizing brings big pressure on the labor employment. Full employment is one of the four macro-aims of the national economy. So how to solve the unemployment problem through urbanize is becoming a major issue put in front of us.In this thesis, on the base of many macro-economic data by year of the city of Chengdu, the writer study the relations among urbanize rate, economic growth, industrial structure and employment rate through the metrological method. Analyses how the urbanize rate influence employment rate. Approach how to improve the employment rate through raising the urbanize rate, and put forward many policy proposals about improving urbanize rate and employment rate.
