Research On The Large-scale Project Management Process

With the acceleration of economical global, market and information trend, especially after the applying of the new technology, craft, material and management method to the construction of site, the relationship among several parts becomes more and more complex. The situation makes the high demand of the project management. As the link of the project organization structure and the management information system---project management process is regarded highly by the study and the practice field. Scientific, standard and regular management process is essential to the improvement of efficiency of management work and optimization of the project management system, so as to attain the objective of the project .This paper firstly defines the process, and illustrates the method of how to draw the process, the character of good process painting, and the relation between process management and objective management .on the basis of which, the paper applies the system theory, modern organization theory and BPR theory to have research on the management process of large-scale project in detail. The paper defines the denotation of the management process of large-scale project , analyzes the drawing method of large scale project and compares which in all directions, set forth the procedure to the paint of large scale project ,especially study the WBS of management work of the large-scale project .With this understanding, the paper studies the control and integration method of project management process. The paper discusses the management information system confronting to the project management process, and set forth the model of construction of management information system. In the end, research in the thesis is done based on large-scale project, such as Shanghai-Nanjing expressway expansion project, draw investment, plan, quality and contract management process of the project.This paper discusses the large-scale project management process in detail, set forth the study mothod of large-scale project , attach importance to integrate theory to pratice .In short , the objective of the paper is to provide the the theoretical base for the research and application of management process in the large-scale project.
