The topic of this article is written about a study on the development strategy of Goohoe Technology Co.,Ltd .Goohoe Technology Co.,Ltd is one of the pioneer companies in the Chinese IT industry. It has slowed down it's pace these years, after some years of high-speed development. One of the most important reasons for that is, it hasn't developed a fit strategy. Goohoe has spent all those years just reacting passively to the market, producing almost every hot products, without it's own core competence..This article is focus on four respects: first, environment analyses; second, internal strength analyses; third, strategies for the upcoming three years; forth, the way to carry out those strategies.The first part: environment analyses. The author started out from the influence by macro factors, such as political environment, legal environment and technical environment. Since Chinese government become more and more concern about it's service, and to enhance their service quality, they must invest more and more on electrical equipment. This is a great opportunity for IT companies, including Goohoe. On the other hand, as more and more foreign competitors entering China, there is a great challenge for Goohoe, too. So, to survive, Goohoe must have a precise judgment about these changes in environment.The second part: internal strength analyses. The article analysed human resource of Goohoe in detail, as well as the financial and reputation situation of this company.The third part: SWOT analyses. In this part, the author presented the fittest strategy of Goohoe for the upcoming three years based on it's mission, vision, virtue and operating goal in the upcoming three years.The forth part: the way to carry out these strategies. This part discussed three main strategies: human resource strategy, marketing strategy and financial management strategy.
