Problem Analysis And Improvements Of Project Management In Ordnance Factory

In this paper, we will analyze the problem of project management in ordnance factories, and then give the improvements.Project management has been developed quickly in the past fifty years, which was firstly used after the World War II as a new management technology. After fifty years' practice, project management has been developed as a using science with a complete theory and method. In this paper, we'll introduce project history,project features and two different project management methods.As a special line of own-stated enterprise, ordnance factories supply weapons to the Chinese Liberate Army. During the past fifty years, ordnance factories have given more contribution to our National Defence construction. In this paper, we'll introduce ordnance factories' history and present situation.Although there are many projects in ordnance factories and the project management has become more and more important, the project management quality in these factories is not so good, because the traditional project management method is also widely used. In order to solve this problem, we'll select one ordnance factory—Jinxi Machinery Industry Group Corporation as a sample. Through introducing a biggest civil project, we will analyze the problems exiting in this factory's project management. On the basis of problem analysis, we'll give the improvements of project management in ordnance factories.
