Namely the initial definition of "knowledge worker" given by Peter Drucker, the professional development orientation of MBA education is the management field. Compared with other type of knowledge workers, the group of MBA has more distinguished characteristics themselves, which make them typical representatives of the managers among knowledge workers. The turnover of managers is of undoubted importance for the develepment of enterprises. The methods in this paper include questionnaires and interviews. Through these two main methods, this paper examines and analyzes the turnover intention of MBA group thoroughly. With the statistic data and the analysis of the data, suggestions and measures that could be taken to solve the turnover problem of MBA group are offered from the angles of national macroscope coordination, MBA employers, education institutions and the group of MBA themselves. This article is divided into three parts. The first part is about the basic theory and relative concepts, which points out the importance of the article and the research done in and abroad on this topic. Part two is the empirical study part. Chapter two clarifies the research method and research procedure. Chapter four uses SPSS to analyze the data of the sample. The third part contains the conclusion and suggestions for further research, which abstracts the conclusion of the empirical study and proposes countermeasures according to the analytic result. The main research method in this article is to collect data through the use of questionnaires and interviews and apply SPSS to analyze the data. Through the empirical study of MBA turnover intention, this paper intendes to fill in the research blank of turnover intention of the speicific MBA group while providing accordance of making decisions for the enterprises, universities, MBA group and the people who are paying close attention to MBA education investment.
