The Evaluation Research For Quality Management

With the development of our economy and further take part in competition of the whole world, quality problem has already been a critical problem which is concerned with the enterprise's survival and development. At the same time quality is concerned with the economy development of a country and everybody's safety of life and possession. How to prove the quality effectively has became a emergency problem. Since 1992, our country adopted the ISO9000 standard with all terms, from then on, the quality level has been developing with high-speed. But our foundation is poor because our country spanned the period of statistical quality control. If our enterprises use the American Baldrige Awards for reference to prove the quality level, our enterprises don't possess the foundation. This paper compares the ISO9000 with the Baldrige awards and puts forward the new evaluation system with practical operation.Firstly, introduces the research state of our country and abroad, and compares them, and analyzes our country's defects of theory and demonstration. And then introduces the dominating theories including American Baldrige Awards and ISO9000, and analyzes the difference between them. Analyzes the actuality of our country quality managementSecondly, Puts forward that ISO9000 can't fit to enterprises' demands, because the ISO9000 standard is the fundamental standard of Total Quality Management. But don't possess the elements to implement the American Baldrige Awards standard. Under these conditions, overviews the theory of quality management, filters the quality elements, brings forward eight evaluation aspects. Investigates the enterprises with questionnaire.Thirdly, uses the reliability analysis and validation analysis to correct the questionnaire. And weights the every aspects with objective method and gets the evaluation results and evaluation standard, and analyzes the advantages of new evaluation system.Finally, analyzes the reliability and validation results to get elements which are adopted by enterprises or not. And then analyzes the key problems existed inenterprises: can't bring supplier management into strategic plan; can't feed customer suggestions back to enterprises in time; employees team work and activity. At same time, puts forward the suggestions.
