Analysis Of ISO9000 Qulity Management System Standards Introduced To Our Public Administration Area

For a long period, in our public administration area ,the results of management are emphasized while the process of management is neglected. It has induced gaps in management, defects in procedures, behavior without criteria. Nowadays upgrading the quality of public administration management has been an urgent need. ISO9000 quality management system is a scientific management system broadly accepted internationally, but people are used to enterprises, especially industrial ones. Is it possible that Chinese public administrative offices improve the quality by adopting ISO9000 system? Since 1999, the quality administrative attestation of ISO9000 system began to get to the public administrative field, First our government guides and encourages the enterprises to build up a quality administrative system, and now it needs to establish its own quality administrative system according to the inside and outside environment. It can help the government build up a new government image with high efficiency, low consumption, honest and first class services. So it has been a new trend for the government to administrate the modernization. This thesis elaborates the conception of ISO9000 and it's main administrative idea, and analyses the problems and practical conditions of the public administrative field in our country. I try to affirm the necessity and feasibility of adopting ISO9000 system into administrative field. In the end I give some positive analyses by combining some cases in my own office so as to prove the public administrative field can improve its quality by adopting ISO9000 system.
