Science and technology advances rapidly and rapidly. Hi-tech products renew more quickly than before and Perishable Hi-tech Products (PHTP) have become the focus of research. Nowadays the enterprises compete with the international rivals directly, especially the hi-tech enterprises. So the research of Perishable Hi-tech Products is more important to recognize the renewing period.This paper mainly researches on the following aspects. Firstly the theory background is expounded. Then the second part is about the concept and characteristic of PHTP and the renewing of PHTP discussing the relationship between the renewing and PLC and the enterprise. In the third part the paper puts importance on the analysis of renewing. The renewing period is divided into two parts. Then the influence factors are shown and analyzed. It is difficult to tell and analyze these influence factors. And the renewing styles are important to be distinguished. At last the paper tells how to manage the renewing period. It is critical for the hi-tech industry to operate the hi-tech products management.The renewing period is the most important for PHTP. Hope that this paper can establish the recognition of the renewing period of PHTP and supply the theoretical basis for managing the renewing period.
