Study On The System Of Bidding And Bidding-evaluating In The Building Plant

The bidding and evaluating bidding in building plant is a sophisticating system which requires professional knowledge of machines and electron of building plant, economy knowledge of construction cost as well as the knowledge of bidding. At present, the bidding in building plant has been on its first stage and its evaluation model is not very mature. The paper makes a careful study on the problems of bidding by analyzing the state of Chinese bidding and by comparing Chinese methods with developed countries' methods. The emphasis is to research on the methods of the bidding in building plant, aiming at the state and characteristic of Chinese bidding and evaluating bidding in building plant. Based on Value Engineering Theory, it analyses the quantum between technology and economy index, puts forward decision-making model for bidding-evaluating and sets up evaluating system for function index in building plant. Meanwhile , it works out weighty-confirming of function index by applying AHP Method and analyses it by an example based on evaluating model. The research of the paper has a suggested function in standardizing the bidding procedure in building plant of our country perfecting the bidding method and deciding the bidding winners scientifically.
