The Political Participation Studying Of The Villagers Of Village Out Of Control

Political participation constantly is the most important question that the political disturbances sociologists care for, and it also is the important phenomenon about political life as well as the important quota that judge political modernization and political democracy. As China is a big agriculture country. The villagers are much more than the others ,so the degree, pattern and effect of political participation about the villagers will affect the process of political democracy and the construction of political civilization .Recently, with the reform of economic structure and political structure ,in China ,the villagers' consciousness of political participation become stronger lit by lit .They start to take the initiative to take political participation .It shows the higher level of democracy development in China .Now the political participation always show of non-system, because the limit of the villagers themselves and the objective conditions .It is obvious in those cause villagers out of control So the question and its cause is becoming the much more important thing that people study. Now we will be analyzing the characteristic of these villagers' political participation by a case study of elect of Meizhuang villagers' Committee. We try to find the question and get a succession of train of thought that promote villager' political participation.In the First part the paper Introduces the background of the village of Mei Zhuang at first, and explains the geographical environment, the social relationships and village order in the village emphatically. It concentrates on explaining Song Tiesheng how to assume the reins and he villagers and his sharp contradiction after his appearing on the stage. The paper analyses the choices of the villagers and other leaders in village . Second part is focal points of the article with the third part, in these two parts, combining wjth some case , I analyse the questions and reasons in the process of peasants' participating in politics in the village out of control, put forward countermeasures for similar village. In the conclusion , the paper further emphasize the grass roots democratic construction and peasants' political socialization in our country.
