Nowadays,it is furious competition increasingly in telecom market. The manager of enterprise more and more attention how to perfect the performance-manage to improve the enterprise's corn competitive strength. But it is a puzzle for managers how to design a set of effective and exercisable indicator system of performance appraisal in practice.The paper researchs the system of three classes performance appraisal about managers and departments and stuff in Qujiang telecom corporation. With the method of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) and Key Performance Indicator(KPI), the writer gives some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the system of performance appraisal in QiJiang telecom corporation.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is preface, which mainly introduces the background, the problem, and the meaning of the research.The second chapter is literature review, which mainly concerns about the content of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) and Key Performance Indicator(KPI), and then depicts the system of performance appraisal in state-owned enterprises.The third chapter introduces the basic things of Qujiang telecom corporation and its system of performance appraisal.Based on the BSC and KPI, the fourth chapter puts forward some advices to improve the system of performance appraisal in Qujiang corporation.The last chapter is the conclution.
