The Research Of Pharmaceutical Price Institutions In China

The key concept of this paper is pharmaceutical price institutions. Based on the theory of industry economics and New Institutional Economics, the author describes the structure, conduct and performance of pharmaceutical industry in China, focus on the role and effect of pharmaceutical price institutions in the whole economy system.Compared with other countries' pharmaceutical price institutions, our country is unaware of the complexities and challenges of pharmaceutical management. The challenge is to determine how to successfully adjust pharmaceutical expenditure and reduce the price to accomplish the goal that meets the needs of backgrounds in our country, health care system and policy targets. The institutions of Pharmaceuticals price in our country needs revising and developing.This thesis compares with other developed countries' pharmaceutical price management institutions, analyzes existing problems in pharmaceutical price management of our country currently, uses the New Institution Economics theory and pharmacy economy analysis, etc. To study the status of the pharmaceutical price institutions, and develops relevant solutions. Corresponding theories and methods are reviewed in chapter 1 and chapter 2, the brief history and experience of the pharmaceutical price institutions of developed countries and China are introduced in chapter 3 and chapter 4, the focus problems implementation and control measures are established in chapters 5 and 6.
