Research On The Improvement Of China’s Marked Price System

The system of marked price has been implemented in China for more than 30 years.However,with the gradual deepening of the market openness,different degrees of commercial activities in the existence of a mercenary social climate,making the problem of plain prices appear in endlessly.The lack of price integrity,so that many people on the price system gradually lost confidence.How to perfect the system in order to promote the stable development of the Social market economy order is an urgent problem.It is under this background that this article launches the research.The thesis consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic,the research trends at home and abroad,as well as the main contents,research methods and innovation points of this paper.The second chapter mainly expounds the basic theory of our clear price system.The paper lists three common situations —— price fraud,high pricing and incomplete price information,and expounds the purpose of the system.Then in the third chapter,it introduces the current situation of the domestic and foreign marked price system,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,to provide reference for follow-up research.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems in carrying out the system of marked price.The first is that the price tag is not true——for this problem,mainly from two aspects,namely,the price tag is too high and the false mark is high;second,the price tag is beyond the reasonable range——For this problem,mainly combined with the epidemic mask price changes and helmet price changes under the policy two cases;third,insufficient government supervision——mainly divided into two aspects,That is to say,the supervision function,the procedure is not clear enough,the law enforcement team construction is not perfect;Fourth,the law enforcement measures are not perfect— — mainly analyzes the problem that the law enforcement measures are relatively single and the punishment lacks the necessary enforcement measures.The fifth chapter focuses on how to perfect China’s price system.On the basis of the advanced experience at home and abroad,the paper deeply discusses the effective measures to perfect the system of commodity price tag,which can be divided into four aspects: first,to carry out the system of price tag,mainly from two aspects: perfecting social credit system and establishing price information disclosure system;Third,strengthen government supervision,strengthen government supervision by establishing incentive and punishment mechanism for operators,strengthening the construction of12358 platform and strengthening the construction of law enforcement team.Fourth,improve relevant law enforcement measures,implement specific law enforcement and various industries to formulate appropriate penalties and other measures to improve China’s marked price system.
