Analyze Finance Separate Or Full-service Business System By Game Theory

Which finance system should be adopted by Chinese finance industry is always a hot topic. This study will explore this question in a new view, which is game theory. The article first analyzes American finance system by game theory. From the analysis, we know why American finance system changed from full-service business system to separate business system and then to full-service business system again. Second, the article segments the related people into several interest groups in Chinese finance field, who will play in the field according to principle of maximizing their interest, and then there will be a balancing result at the end of the game. That is to say the result of game conducted by the main players will decide which system should be adopted. Based on the theory, the article analyze main players' game processing in Chinese finance industry, and tell us why we adopt separate business system now and full-service business system in the future.
