The financial enterprises have been developing swiftly and fiercely since reform andopening,and derived powerfully the development of our country.Through the development ofmany years, banking have stepped in a quickly growing stage.Along with the fusion ofinternational and local economical environments,the competition for talented people willbecome more and more intense.They do not only need to establish the talented people troops,but also need to keep with and stabilize the troops.From the point of the growing course ofthese banks,the key to cause them developing is to have such troops which are make up ofstable and high effective talented people. This text proceeds with current situation of talents of commercial bank of our country,onthis basis of drawing lessons from foreign theories about brain drain,have proposed that thesalary association ----brain drain model,Analyse the reason of brain drain of state-runcommercial bank of our country from inherent remuneration and external two respects ofremuneration , and combine models and propose solving the countermeasure: Set up andperfect a brand-new talent incentive mechanism and the mechanism of trainning , build a set ofcorporate cultures which are conform with own development and modernized grade. Establishone value which regards talent's idea as the core , providing talent's abundant opportunity fordevelopment and flexible space, it is the key that the modern commercial bank retains staff, itis the most basic assurance of really realizing the development of state-run commercial bank.
