The Research On The Disputes In Primary And Middle Schools

The law disputes in schools spread different law fields such as civil law, administrationlaw and education law. This kind of disputes have complicated features and variety, and thelegislation in this field are not advanced, which made our administration department andjudicial administration have much difficulty in dealing with them. Dealing with the disputesobjectively and fairly the effective law system can protect the rights and interests of theclients, and can not affect the normal education order and the development of educationreform. This article defines the double law relationship between schools and students byanalysis on the school disputes, and it also puts for ward that schools are responsible for thedisputes. It also do some research on how schools admit the mistakes and pay for thedisputes. At last, this article gives some advice on how to prevents the disputes in primaryand middle schools.
