In the past thirty years, more and more managers have realized the importance of trust in organization management, and more and more studies on trust in leadership have appeared. On the basis of sum-up and pack-up of the domestic and foreign studies, our research examines the structure of subordinates' trust in leader, using the methods of Investigation,Interview,Questionnaire Survey,Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factory Analysis. Results reveal that : Firstly, the structure of subordinates' trust in leader includes four dimensions. The four dimensions, arranged in descending order of importance to STL are:1)moral trust;2)behavioral trust;3) authoritative trust;4)guanxi trust; Secondly, multiple differences in sex, academic rank, positions have been found on each dimension's score and the total score; Thirdly, subordinates' trust in leader has negative relationship with employees' turnover intention, and the tendency appears on several dimensions. There are several new ideas brought forth by this paper as follows:a)In the past studies, many researchers examined the structure of trust from the angle of dyadic relationship. While our study distinguishes subordinates' trust in leader and leader's trust in subordinates, and discusses the structure of STL from the angle of unilateral relationship.b)A questionnaire of subordinates' trust in leader has been proposed in this study, and what's more,we not only examine the structure with EFA,but also testify it with CFA.c)The concept of "guanxi" is introduced to the analysis of the structure. This is the production of our special cultural background, and will impel the development of domestic study on trust. Implications for future research are discussed.
