| There many problems in our country's land manegement, such as "The price of the land, which has the same kind and the same quality, is different", "The quality of the impropriated tilth is good, while the quality of compensated tilth is bad", "The protection of Basic farmland often protect the bad land", and so on. All these problems are begeted by the lack of the mastery of the land quality. In order to clear up the land quality, a project whose name is "assess the farmland's level and price"has been put in practice since 2001 in the whole country. Anhui province is one of the provinces where this project has been carried out firstly. All the results have representational significance. Therefore, it is urgent to study the theory, method and the applying of the result. In this paper, statistical technique, computer technique and 3s technique have been applied seldomly. Besides, the applying of the result is very little. In order to solve the problems, this paper studies the theory, the method and the applying of the resulet. Supporting theory: Agrology theory, ground rent theory, locality theory, productivity theory and ecosystem economics theory. Method: the statistical technique and computer technique. Such as, actuality plot method, gene analysis method, clustering analysis method, differentiating analysis method, and so forth. Applying of the result: This paper establishes the appraising system of the balance of impropriating and compensation of the tilth, the appraising system of land trimness, the criterion of expropriation compensation. In the first appraising system, the criterion of quantity transition between different qualities has been established. In the second system, this paper has studied the method that can compute the enhanced area. In the the criterion of expropriation compensation, this paper indraughtes the quality price, social insurance price, foodstuff price and ecosystem environment price. |
