The Investigation Of The Diversion Of Agricultural Surplus Labor In Shanghai Songjiang District

From the investigation and study of the diversion of agricultural surplus labor in Shanghai Songjiang district, this thesis analyses the cause of the deepening income gap between urban and rural areas and the hard situation for peasants to increase their incomes, and in terms of development economics, puts forward several ideas and countermeasures for the diversion of agricultural surplus labor in Shanghai Songjiang district. According to the common ground and differences of Agricultural surplus labor's diversion in Songjiang district, and the practical diversion measures and relative policies, this thesis makes a suggestion that in addition to some breakthrough on space and industry, the diversion of agricultural surplus labor in Shanghai Songjiang district should meet the development requirement by setting up an urban-rural integrated labor market, including the employment in rural areas into a national unified employment policy catalogue and canceling various kinds of admittion system for employment in rural areas, thus the competition between labors in urban and rural areas on an equal basis can be attained. Meanwhile, in the course of labor diversion, great importance must be attached on the fastening the benign circulation of the right to use rural collective lands, which has an effect on the diversion of agricultural surplus labor.
