A Study On Governmental Behavior Against Green Barrier

With the development of globalization of business and the decreased function of fax, the green barrier has become more and more important. This thesis has chosen the governmental behavior against the green barrier in the international trade as the object of analysis. The aim of this thesis is to provide a train of thought to answer said question. Green barrier has become one of the most important subjects in the field of international trade and it has brought a lot of influence to many countries. Many researchers have done a lot of research in the recent years. But there are few have the systematical research on the governmental behavior. Our government is the subject of the policy designing. How to overcome the green barrier is not the problem of only enterprise. The government should have the same reasonability.This thesis can be of some use to fill this blank. Structurally, the whole thesis is divided into three parts, separately described as follows:In part one, this thesis has defined the concepts used in this thesis; briefly described the component and characteristic of green barrier. The thesis also described the background and the reason why the green barrier exists. The thesis holds the opinion the environment and the international trade should be developed harmoniously. This is also the basic theory of the whole theory.In part two, this thesis has analyzed the influence of the green barrier towards our country's export trade, including the: good influence: it can force our government to design the most suitable policies and the enterprises to use more advanced technology. On the other hand the thesis also described the bad influences.In part three, this thesis has put forward the theory of policy on base of which the thesis has displayed some suggestions for our government, from the boasting not only to the enterprise but also to the people, system, measure, policy for our green industry and the cooperation with other developing countries.What is new in this thesis is that it utili zes the theories of designing policies to hel our government to make more efficient policies against the green barrier. On the other hand, there is a series of implements put up in a systematical order, which is worth of researching and the realistic function. Above all, this thesis is useful to our government to improve our policy frame so that we can face the green barrier better.
