Those enterprises that have intangible core competence in possession are in a position to stand the test of competition and time. The strategy of enterprise core competence thus gains momentum currently.This paper, regarding this direction, makes an effort to reveal how to realize better continuous developments of enterprises in new situations through deep study of methods to enhance core competence. Since the theory of core competence was advanced in 1990s, various enterprises attempt to enhance their own core competence in different ways, and they achieve effects in ways like product, enterprise culture. However, due to the rapid change of science and technology and keen competition in market, it doesn't work to improve enterprise core competence in merely one aspect.
