The paper will discuss on how to use KPI to performance management system for private enterprise by analysing the case of XUYANG Company, and we hope to build a mode that can be used for reference for those private enterprises in China.Brief introduction of this paper show as following:The first chapter is exordium, it will introduce the problem that we are going to solve in this paper, and it will explain the theoretic value and the practical significance to study how to construct performance management system in XUYANG Company by using KPI (Key Performance Indicators) .The second chapter, we will educe the strategic object of XUYANG company by introducing the history, development, background, internal analysis and external analysis of XUYANG company.The third chapter, We will discuss how to use KPI to construct performance management system of XUYANG Company, and how to analyze the strategic object step by step and put it into effect.With the observation and study for the case above, at the fourth chapter it tries to design a implement regulations of performance management system of XUYANG Company . The rules is the another core content which impenetrate thewhole thesis.The last part is conclusion. We summarize the application of KPI in XUYANG Company. And we give some useful advices on how to popularize KPI in private enterprises in china.The content leaned to discuss the practical application of management theories, and penetrating the phenomena of things to study their essence. The style of this paper is that we try to make some complex management theories to be easier to understand so that it can be operated practically for general management work.At last, the author sums up some reflections and inspirations in the process of studying performance management system of an enterprise.
