But the industrial zone which oppreting in old ways have so many shortcomings .Now we want to find a new way to build a new industrial zone.The West Shoes Industry focuses on Chengdu, and Chengdu Shoes Industry lies in Wuhou District.Chengdu Shoes Centre Industrial Zone is a new industrial zone, which is built according to Mr. Zou Yongkang's important instructions of "Conducting the intensivism, creating the brand, developing the market and initiating a new world of shoes & leather industry in our province" and focuses on the shoes & leather industry. Located inside the specified national high-tech cultural district, namely Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan, the total areas of industrial zone are planned to be about 3,000mu, which is divided into seven big sections including: shoes production section, professional commerce & trade section, products research & development section, refined article exhibition section, business & office section, collocating service section and key items import section. The industrial Zone will create a new pattern of west shoes industry by international patterns including industry recombination and brand sculpture, etc. After it is built, the industrial Zone will offer 80 to 100 thousand of employment opportunities. At the same time the annual yield of shoes industry will reach 150 million pairs of shoes, and the annual production value will be also up to 10 billion Yuan.
