Design Of Product Innovation Management System Of Shengda Corporation

Exploiting new product is the essence of a company's survival and development. Since price war has led many companies suffering losses in current ever being competitively market, more and more people and companies come to realize the importance of product innovation and many advanced modern companies consider product innovation as a crucial task. As a newly developed company, though Shengda Corporation has made great achievements on product innovation, it still takes product innovation as an eternally important task. Being an assistant leader charging product innovation, I really feel that product innovation is one of the difficulties in management due to its own features. Therefore, I hope to design a more rational managerial system, do a better job in product innovation, render Shengda Corporation in a leading position in innovation and ensure its survival and development by combining my own knowledge with product innovation practice in Shengda Corporation. In order to achieve these goals, three steps should be done. Firstly, to summarize the theory and advanced methods of product innovation management and set a standard for the system of product innovation management; Secondly, to analyze the current innovation system in Shengda Corporation and find out its merits and flaws systematically after making comparison with such a standard; Thirdly, to improve and redesign its product innovation management system bycombining theory with practice. Since I have been engaging in product innovation management affairs, such system gets consensus by administrators and developers after my thorough discussion with relevant staff in Shengda Corporation. The same complete consensus comes from experts in this circle both abroad and at home after I exchanged my idea with them. In particular, the company has put some content of the system in practice and got fairly good effect. With the constant development of management and technology, the level of product innovation management will definitely be promoted continuously. Having written this thesis, I get a further understanding of innovation management, which has laid a good foundation for the non-stopping improvement of my managerial level as well as Shengda's innovation management system in the future.
