Salary design of corporation is design process about how to confirm, distribute and adjust employee reward, including pay standard, grant level and element construct. At present, the research of salary design has been developed abroad, yet our country' s research is localization on the base of external.On the base of HRM diagnose and job analyse which have been completed by superior schoolmate, Penman fulfill salary design of MJ corporation, including constitute salary strategy, implement job evaluate, design salary structure, establish and implement salary system, etc. In the process of design, penman know corporation' s basic circs well, follow principle and model flow of salary design strictly, apply data calculate templet and SPSS statistic tool adequately, acquire preferable apply effect. However, owing to penman' s deficient ability and knowledge, design time urgent and limited resource devotion, the salary design exist some shortage, such as salary survey not enough thorough, salary system has some singularity, etc. penman need mend these shortage in the future work.This paper is about the writer' s practice and thoughts regarding to salary design at MJ Corporation, including five main sections. The first section is the introduction of salary design theory. The second section is the introduction of MJ corporation' s background. The third section is MJ corporation' s salary system diagnose. The fourth is MJcorporation' s salary design practise. The fifth is MJ corporation' s salary design appraise and feed back. Penman' s purpose is seek and establish a suit of salary design project which can be used for reference by enterprise, especially Science And Technology enterprise which more and more grandness under the new economic condition.
