Study On New Type Of Management Operational Mechanism Of The College's Entering Science & Technology Park In Our Country

In the 21st century, the course of globalization new economy being primary character of knowledge economy develops rapidly, and it represents evidently the importance of high technology in the economy increasing more and more. To some extent, the contributing rate of high to economy has been being an importance sign of weighing a country's integration strength. And the prominent manifest of high technology is being the rich of society and headspring of economy development by the application and industrialization of high technology and making for market. Since the innovation and expanding, especially recent several years, our country following the tide of world economy closely, holding S&T parks, developing high technology industry energetically, acquires prominent benefit. But we may know clearly that it is a long distance to some developed country in developing high technology industry. The colleges being habitat and radiant of intellect are importance place of the high technology research, are the importance strength of building and developing S&T park, and the level of transforming the research fruit works important to develop high technology industry. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss how to found the management operational mechanisms of promoting colleges' entering S&T parks in our country, and push the transform of colleges' research success, combine with society and market better.Based on serious-minded investigation and data collecting, the article firstly analyses the total status of both inland and overseas of the management mechanisms of the colleges' entering the S&T parks. At the same time, it selects six colleges from the world as the typical successful cases to analyze. And on the foundation of that, the article draws a conclusion of the four characters of the colleges' entering the S&T parks and four types of it——carving out-driven pattern,technology pushing pattern, background sustaining pattern and flat roof leading pattern. Following that, the article analyses the present status of the mechanisms of the domestic colleges, brings forward some questions, and then according to the mechanism study and the actual situation of our country constructs new type of the management mechanisms and patterns to promote the colleges' entering the S&T parks in our country. In the end, taking advantages of the domestic and overseas successful experiences and aiming at the problems, the article brings forward to some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the colleges' entering the S&T parks in our country.
