Recently , the world integrative economy deeply influence the company and employees .For a company, the framework change ultimately, the mananger has more power and more responsibilities and obligation. At the same time, the employees have more opportunities and more developmental space. They can find better company for themelves, they can realize their individual value. Although the company eliminate employees through selection or contest, the faithful and responsible employees are huge riches for company. The kernel question of the company is how to realize the balance of campany' s goal and employee' s development. The key to solve the question is that they must have a set of effective management system and management plan. The performance management is the method and way that we seek now. The thesis discuss the developing theory and practice of the performance. In the procession of the practice , we study the justice standard , the objective , the feedback, the evaluate, the instruction, and make better of the performance . In the case of the A telecom company, depicte the procession of the practice and submitted the analysis of the performance. In a word, the thesis considered the questions of the performance of the contemporary management. The article absord the positive result about this question in country and external, and bring forward the individual opinion . I hope that it will be of little avail to the enterprise perfromance.
