Many urban new zones meet with some management problems in the of development and construction, the article puts up some discussion and study in allusion to these being problem.In the first place, the article defines the meanings of the urban new zone and points out characteristic of the urban new zone. In the second place, the article compares the different management modes of domestic and overseas, and those management modes have some comparabilityes and specialties. Based on the above researches, the article gives emphasis to discussing five essentials which influence the choice of management mode of urban new zone. In the third place, the author come out some advice in base of the five essentials and the principle, namely the author make suggestions that the government leading management mode is collectivity propitious to urban new zone and the corporation leading management mode is propitious to the small function zone. Then author improve on the design of management mode. In the end, the article gives an example and puts forward some advise.
