The Analysis About The Evaluation Index System Of Chinese High-tech Industry Development Zones' Re-Creation

Since the founding of the first High-tech Zone, the development of Chinese High-tech Zones already has 16 years history. In these 16 years, High-tech Zones contributed many to technology progress, technology industrialization, and economic development of China. Because China entered WTO, High-tech Zones meet many international challenges now. For the purpose of maintaining the competitive advantage of High-tech Zones, Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China advanced the re-creation of High-tech Zone. To meet the need of the High-tech Zone's re-creation, we must build an evaluation index system to evaluate the development status of High-tech Zones' re-creation.Firstly, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the evaluation index systems in existence of China. Secondly, recommends the index of Silicon Valley and its use for reference to Chinese High-tech Zones. Thirdly, uses diamond model to analyze particular development target of Chinese High-tech Zone' re-creation. Based on above analyses, this paper brings forward a new evaluation index system of High-tech Zone' re-creation. Finally, verifies this system with the data of Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park.This paper is an elementary analysis about build evaluation index system of High-tech Zone' re-creation. So there may be some issues on its opinions. I hope have opportunity to discuss with experts and get some advice.
