TSI (China) Company Limited established at 1996 is a company invested by U.S capital. Medicine and health care raw materials, and fine chemical products are its mail operations. The sales of medicine and health care raw materials, savageness animal extracts and foliage extracts, account for 80% of its total sales. Through 8 years development, TSI(China) has become a large company including research and development, produce, sales, import and export, the total sales reached 4000-5000 US dollars. But now, the main products of TSI operations have turned into autumn of life cycle, where to go and how to go there has become the most important work of great urgency of the company.This thesis proceeded from basic principle of strategic management, has analyzed current situations of the development, the political situation, economic situation, social culture, technological situation, the trends of the industry, the life cycle of the products, the market segment, the feature of the producing, in order to find out the chances and threats the company faces.. It also analyzed economic scale, profit ability, the competition advantages and weaknesses TSI(China) Limited company by looking into its inferior elements, such as productivity, research and development ability, management level, product structure, etc.. On this basis, the development strategy and the competitive strategy are set down and the thesis also forwards the implementing methods, such as Human resource management, Organizational culture, Organizational structure, Operations, Marketing, Research and development etc..
