If a company is described as a ship, then the director is the captain and the strategy is the compass. Through this simile, the importance of strategy in a company is evident. So to speak, the strategic decision of a company is the basis for its success.The making of strategy is made up of three parts, namely, environment analysis, strategic selection and strategic implementation. Strategic environment analysis consists of general environmental analysis, industrial environment analysis, competitor analysis, as well as the analysis of the company itself and the target market. Tlirough a strategic environment analysis, we can find out the opportunity for and threat to the company. Moreover, we can know the weakness and strengths of the company and what the company can provide to the customers. The essence of the strategic process is to select a proper strategy so as to avoid your weaknesses and give full play to its strengths. Only in this way can the company better serve its customers.The thesis mainly analyzes the strategy that H Company adopted and should adopt when it grows from a regional company to a national one. The thesis is made up of four parts. The first part describes the national environment of the consumer electronic market. The second part includes the international environment analysis. The third analyzes the weakness and strengths of its competitors, Gome, Suning and Yongle. The last part provides the strategy H Company should adopt.
