Comparing with the state-owned economy, the private economy nowhas bigger proportion in national and social employment. At the same time, the existingfinancing system provide little financial support to private economy. This situationlimited the developing ofprivate economy, and ultimately affected national economy. Inthis text, by using many actual data we can conclude the result: the financial support toPrivate economy is not unfair with the consideration of its output. Firstly, the textcontrasts private economy to state-owned economy of Wuhan from industrialproducttotal retail sales of consumer goods and employed person. Secondly, this text importsDouglas function and makes some betterment in it to build a Wuhan economy former.Analyzing the factors in the model, we compared the flexibility coefficient of Wuhanstate-owned economy to GDP to that of Private economy. Thirdly this text analyzes thereal obstacle in the financing of private economy in four aspects: policy, financingsystem, guarantee system and the social credit evaluating system. In the part, by usinggame theory this text analyzes financing obstacle in Wuhan private economy such ascredit policy discrimination, interest rate discrimination, capital market discriminationetc... At last, on the basic of analyzing above this text makes some suggestion toincrease the financing support to private economy, such as interest rate liberalization,adjusting the credit policy, etc…...
